Don Best Express (Non Premium) is delayed a couple of minutes while G&J Update Gold is in real time with no delay. Don Best will identify plays actually using the term "Steam" but does not identify all significant line movements as steam. G&J uses the term "Wise Guy Moves" that often, though not always, follow with a significant line movement. They do not use the word steam. The Don Best "Steam" and the G&J "Wise Guy Moves" are not the same move and have different sources of base information.
All that being said, I have found that it is up to the reader to learn and watch the line movements to become better at interpreting Steam. Some moves are very obvious while others are more subtle. My recommendation would be to go to each site and sign up for the free subsciption for each and see which is best for you. Each carry different books as well.
